The topic of affirmative action is often brushed aside as an accepted part of society, without thorough examination of the benefits to minorities or the repercussions to those who are not.

The complaints of a “broken two-party system” may soon come to an end. If the GOP fails to address its weaknesses, Democrats will continue to expand their voter base. Anybody who knows much about history, knows that a one-party system typically never ends well.
